We are a Veteran-owned craft bakery in Tampa, Florida specializing in all things sourdough. We create artisan individual batch organic loaves of bread using the highest quality ingredients free of GMO's and additives. Our starter is a 200+ old San Franciscan heirloom starter that has been passed down through the generations.

At this time, we are doing delivery on Wednesdays to Carrollwood/Lutz/Land O Lakes/Westchase & Thursdays in West Tampa/South Tampa and Saturdays (to Flying Cattle Meat Market for you to pick up your order).
NEW: Every other Saturday, we have a POP UP Shop at the Flying Cattle Meat Market in South Tampa located at 4013 S. Macdill Ave, Tampa from 11a until we sell out. The products available at the POP UP will be listed on our social media (FB/IG) a few days prior. Plan to arrive early, we sell out FAST!
We limit the number of loaves we produce weekly so that we ensure we are producing the highest quality product. When the store shows out of stock, please be patient, it will show as available once orders have been made.
Pick up is available in Carrollwood only, all pick up orders are 10% off, message us for a 10% off code.
We are NOT shipping at this time. The cost of shipping has gone up substantially and we cannot shoulder the cost. If you are interested in shipping an order, please email us.
