Class will also give you the tools you need get started baking sourdough: active starter (and a dried back up starter—everyone kills it once!), a banneton, a bread lame, a dough thermometer, a scale, a danish dough whisk, a starter jar & a spurtle. Plus, a take home instruction book & step-by-step guide! You will take home a fresh loaf of sourdough that day too 🥖
