This class includes understanding bakers math to microbiology basics of starter and why all baked goods should be sourdough. This class is part of a series and the only class in Tampa taught by a an internationally trained Sourdough Chef!

We will be covering:

- Artisan Loaves

- Sandwich Loaves

- Sourdough Crackers

- “Discard recipes”

- Focaccia

Class will also give you the tools you need get started baking sourdough: active starter (and a dried back up starter—everyone kills it once!), a banneton, a bread lame, a dough thermometer, a scale, a danish dough whisk, a starter jar & a spurtle. Plus, a take home instruction book & step-by-step guide! You will take home a fresh loaf of sourdough that day too 🥖
